Samenvatting
Het aantal klachten bij de Beroepscommissie Wet op de Toegang tot Ziektekostenverzekeringen (WTZ) is vorig jaar toegenomen tot 222 (in 2004: 198). Een groot deel daarvan ging over vergoedingen. De commissie deed 48 bindende uitspraken.
