De Gedragscode voor gebruik van persoonsgegevens in wetenschappelijk onderzoek van de Vereniging van Universiteiten (VSNU) is goedgekeurd door het College bescherming privacy (CBP). De gedragscode vormt een juiste uitwerking van de Wet bescherming persoonsgegevens (WBP) en andere wettelijke bepalingen betreffende de verwerking van persoonsgegevens.
