Over the years, patients and doctors have been intrigued by the possibility that arthritis might be [Illegible Word] to diet. Could it be caused by a sensitivity to certain foods? A patient's food intake can be modified relatively easily, and at no great cost (an important factor these days), and it is therefore not surprising to find that patients themselves are keen to know of any simple measures that they can take to help alleviate their symptoms.
