Dosimetry Performance of LiF(Mg, Cu, P) Thermoluminescence Detector

  • 摘要: 中国核动力研究设计院首次采用LiF(Mg、Cu、P)热释光探测器用于个人剂量监测。为了解该热释光探测器性能是否满足辐射防护监测要求,本文采用标准γ参考辐射场(60Co源、137Cs源)和X窄谱过滤参考辐射场,对探测器进行适量辐照,从而对其剂量性能开展相关研究。实验结果表明:该探测器线性、能量响应和量值检验等剂量性能满足日常个人及环境剂量监测工作要求,能为人员、公众和环境的辐射监测提供可靠保障。

     

    Abstract: The LiF(Mg, Cu, P) thermoluminescence detector (TLD) is used in personal monitoring by Nuclear Power Institute of China for the first time. In order to prove the TLD performance to be satisfied with the monitoring demand of radiation protection, the TLD was irradiated in the standard radiation field and its dosimetry performance was researched. The experiment result shows that the linearity, the energy response and the value of quantity test meet the daily personal and environmental monitoring work. It can provide a reliable guarantee for radiation monitoring of the staff, the public and the environment.
