新型G型臂X线机在骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折PKP术中的应用

Abstract: 目的评价新型G型臂X线机在单侧经皮椎体后凸成形术（PKP）治疗单节段骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析自2016-05—2017-08诊治的122例单节段骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折,59例术中在G型臂X线机引导下行PKP治疗（观察组）,63例术中在C型臂X线机引导下行PKP治疗（对照组）。结果所有患者术中均未发生神经血管损伤、再骨折等并发症。观察组手术时间较对照组短,观察组术中透视次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。但2组骨水泥渗漏发生率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论新型G型臂X线机透视下行PKP治疗单节段骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折较普通C型臂X线机透视可明显缩短手术时间、减少术中透视次数、增加手术安全性。
