计及需求响应和混合博弈含多微网主动配电网协调优化

摘要:

针对含多类型微网的配电网安全经济运行问题,构建以各主体成本最小化为目标的混合博弈模型。首先,采用聚类方法削减场景,计及多类型负荷的综合需求响应构建主从博弈模型。配电网作为领导者,以运行成本最小为目标制定与微网交易电价,多类型微网作为跟随者在优化电价下形成合作联盟制定微网间交易电价和利益分配机制,通过优化交易电价和微网购、售电计划的耦合决策作用实现不同利益主体的双赢局面。其次,计及交互功率对配电网安全运行的影响,提出考虑配电网潮流的协调优化方法。针对模型特征,采用改进状态转移算法(ASTA)求解主体模型,从体模型采用Cplex求解器求解,主从模型相互影响获取混合博弈模型的均衡策略。最后,仿真结果验证了所提出方法的有效性和合理性。

Coordinated Optimization of Active Distribution Network with Multiple Microgrids Considering Demand Response and Mixed Game

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of safe and economic operation of distribution networks with multi-type microgrids, a mixed game model is constructed with the objective of minimizing the cost of each agent. First, the clustering method is used to reduce the scenarios, and the master-slave game model is constructed considering the integrated demand response of multi-type loads. As the leader, the distribution network formulates the price for trading with the microgrid with the objective of minimizing the operation cost. As the follower, the multi-type microgrids form a cooperative alliance to formulate the price for trading between microgrids and the benefit distribution mechanism under the optimized price. By the coupling decision-making function of the optimized transaction price and the microgrid electricity purchase and sale plan, a win-win situation for different stakeholders is realized. Secondly, considering the influence of interactive power on the safe operation of distribution networks, a coordinated optimization method considering the power flow of distribution networks is proposed. According to the characteristics of the model, the adaptive state transition algorithm (ASTA) is used to solve the master model, and the Cplex solver is used to solve the slave model, while the master-slave model interacts to obtain the equilibrium strategy of the mixed game model. Finally, the simulation results verify the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed method.
