需求响应是智能电网的核心技术之一,它不仅可以在电力系统面临紧急情况时充当低成本的容量资源以供调度,还可以影响电力市场定价方式,起到减小电价波动、遏制市场力的作用。总结了国外市场环境下需求响应的参与形式及研究热点,从运营机制、调控策略、负荷潜力等方面着重分析了需求响应提供调频和备用辅助服务的技术问题,以及将需求响应融入辅助服务市场的经验,最后分析了国内需求响应参与辅助服务市场的障碍,指出了国内需求响应的发展潜力。

Demand response(DR)is one of the core technical functions of smart grid. Not only is it able to serve as a low-cost capacity resource in face of emergency, but also it can affect the pricing of electricity market which reduces price fluctuations. An overview on the participation of DR in marker environment is conducted and the technology of ancillary service provision for DR is discussed in detail. The operation mechanism, dispatch and control strategy and the potential of loads are described. Finally, based on the actual situation in China, existing obstacles to the implementation of DR in ancillary markets are analyzed and the huge potential and development trend of carrying out DR in ancillary markets are pointed out.
