考虑风电功率概率分布不确定性的输电系统规划

摘要:

提出一种考虑风电功率概率分布不确定性的输电系统规划方法。该方法可保证在风电功率任意一种可能的概率分布下均满足输电系统安全运行要求,同时最小化投资成本。首先采用概率分布鲁棒机会约束优化模型描述含风电场的输电网规划问题,然后综合运用Slemma和矩阵Schur补性质消去该优化模型中的随机变量,并将其转化为含有矩阵不等式的确定性模型,进而采用基于线性矩阵不等式优化的遗传算法进行求解。实际电网算例说明了所提出方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:

A transmission system planning method considering the uncertainty and probability distribution of wind power is proposed in this paper. The method ensure that the security requirement of system operation be satisfied under various possible probability distribution of wind power, while minimizing the investment costs. Firstly, the robust chanceconstrained optimization model is applied to the transmission system planning problem. Secondly, the Slemma and Schur complement are used to eliminate the random variables, so as to convert the probabilistic model into a deterministic model with matrix inequalities. At last, the genetic algorithm based on the linear matrix inequality optimization is used to solve the deterministic model. Simulations are performed with a real power system to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
