改善电网电压水平的发电机励磁系统调差系数优化策略

摘要:

充分发挥发电机无功电压调节潜力,改善电网电压质量,是电力系统无功电压控制的重要目标。从改善电网全运行电压水平角度出发,提出了发电机励磁系统调差系数优化整定策略。分析了发电机励磁系统调差系数对电网电压的影响,给出了发电机励磁系统调差系数分区整定原则,建立了以系统多运行方式下中枢点电压波动指标为最小的目标函数,以电网潮流约束方程和发电机励磁系统调差系数为控制变量的优化模型,采用粒子群优化算法对其模型进行求解。将优化策略应用到吉林省电网发电机励磁系统调差系数整定中,仿真结果与实际应用均表明,提出的优化整定策略对改善电网运行电压质量,提高发电机无功调节潜力具有重要的意义。

Abstract:

Bringing the potential of generator reactive power regulation into full play and improving the voltage quality of the power grid are key objectives for power system reactive power and voltage control.To improve the power system voltage level,this paper presents an optimization strategy for setting the excitation system adjustment coefficient of the generator.The effect of excitation system adjustment coefficient on power system voltage is studied,and the principle for setting the generator excitation system adjustment coefficient region by region is proposed.An optimization model is developed with the voltage fluctuation index minimum as the objective function,and the power-flow constraint equations and the excitation system adjustment coefficient as control variables.The particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is used in finding the solution.The case studies of Jilin province power system show that the optimization strategy is meaningful in improving the quality of the power system operation voltage and the potential of generator reactive power regulation.
