從「勢」的角度詮釋社團輔導系統之建構-以臺師大公領系近10年博碩士論文研究「建議」為例

Interpreting the Construction of the Community Guidance System from the Angle of "Potential"-Taking the "Suggestion" of the Master's Thesis in the Past 10 Years of the University of Taiwan Normal University as An Example

摘要


本文以臺灣師範大學公民教育與活動領導學系(以下簡稱公領系)2009年至2018年近十年21篇博碩士論文為研究對象,這些論文在其研究「建議」曾提出對學生事務處課外活動指導組在社團輔導領域有所建言。因此,本文首先摘要社團輔導內涵一覽表;其次認為依據掌握「勢」的視角,從21篇博碩士論文研究「建議」歸納出社團輔導核心議題、輔導政策與輔導策略等主軸,成為未來社團輔導工作將面臨的主要挑戰。最後為因應此挑戰,提出完善「社團輔導系統」的構思,作為回應這21篇博碩士論文有關社團輔導之研究「建議」。

In this paper, the Department of Civic Education and activity leadership of Taiwan Normal University (hereinafter referred to as the Department of Public Service) from 2009 to 2018 in the past 10 years 21 master's thesis as the research object, these papers in its research "recommendations" have proposed to the Student Affairs Department extracurricular Activities guidance group in the field of community counseling. Therefore, this paper first abstracts the list of the connotation of community guidance, and secondly, according to the perspective of mastering the "potential", from 21 master's thesis research "suggestions" summed up the core issues of community guidance, guidance policy and guidance strategy and other spindle, become the future community guidance work will face the main challenge. Finally, in response to this challenge, the idea of perfecting the "Community guidance system" was put forward as a "proposal" to respond to the study on community counseling in these 21 master's theses.
