企業內容管理平台和虛擬化技術應用於文件影像管理系統之研究

摘要


目前政府正在推動企業無紙化、雲端化及科技化,企業首先要面對的挑戰,就是將紙本的作業方式改成e化的電腦流程管理,將實體文件表單數位化,可以達到無紙化的目標、節省人工調閱的成本及紙本文件儲存的空間、提高工作效率和文件的保存年限,並可建立系統的標準化作業流程規範。 本研究主要的內容為建構一個高效率的文件影像管理系統,採用n-Tier多層系統服務架構進行規劃與設計,依據應用服務的功能及屬性,將各種應用服務分散至各個層級作運算,可得到高度靈活性、安全性、可用性及分散風險等優點。在n-Tier的商業邏輯層中採用SOA服務導向架構,透過Application-to-Services和Object Oriented的方式與各種應用服務模組進行介接,包含電子文件管理、影像處理應用及內容管理應用等的Web Service應用服務,SOA可持續橫向擴展應用服務,並可結合商業流程引擎達成文件流程自動化的目標。 本研究為解決檔案索引錯誤問題以及儲存效能瓶頸,故導入企業內容管理平台和儲存虛擬化技術,解決因階層式樹狀結構的檔案管理方式所產生的搜尋資料過久問題,以及影像檔案資料量增長迅速所產生的索引錯誤問題,並且透過儲存虛擬化技術突破因傳統儲存方式所產生的效能瓶頸,取得更大的儲存空間及提升磁碟存取效能,最後探討設備虛擬化之規劃對企業所產生的e化價值及資訊系統整體持有成本之效益,降低系統建置初期的大量設備成本支出,並且可隨著業務成長成為可持續成長的資訊管理系統。

Nowadays, owing to the rising awareness of environment protection, the government is promoting paperless enterprise and cloud technology, to achieve the green environments. The first challenge that the enterprise must face is the paperless process management. Digitization of the physical documents can reach the goal of paperless, saving the cost of labor and storage space, improving the file lives and the work efficiency and establish the system standard operating procedure. The main contribution of this study is purposed and implemented a highly efficient image document management system. We use n-Tier architecture to design multilayer service system. We can distributed various application services into difference layer to get high flexibility, security availability and lower risks according to application services’ functions and attributes. In the n-Tier business logic layer, we use the SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture) to connect with variety of applications, including the electronic document management, image processing applications, content management service and the web service application service based on Application-to-Services and Object–Oriented-Analysis. Based on the SOA the proposed systems can sustainable expand the application services and combine with business process engine to reach the target of document process automation. We integrate the enterprise content management platform and virtualization technology to provide the efficient hierarchical tree structure of the file management system, and solve image file indexing system problems that cause by growing amount of data, as well as improve the storage performance and storage space usage. Finally we discuss the benefit for enterprise with virtualization technology, such as cost reduction and the scalability of information management system for growing business.
