營建工程介面管理模式及系統建置之研究

摘要


營建工程專案總是被分成許多的作業項目來執行進而形成許多介面,因此有效的管理及控制介面應能提升專案績效。現今在施工階段作業間並未分享介面資訊,將可能產生後續工作者因未取得一些重要資訊而依原訂計畫施作,導致施工介面問題產生甚至重做降低專案執行績效,並且介面處置資訊多儲存分散於會議紀錄,如此對於管理者而言在介面事件管控上顯得較無效率;再者介面溝通常因資料不一致及工程師間的經驗與空間概念落差產生滯礙。因此本研究提出以追蹤管理介面事件為基礎概念之多重矩陣模型(Multi-Matrices model),且應用建築資訊模型作為溝通工具。透過使用此方法與模型,參與者可以取得在選擇的專案中的介面資訊進行管理,也可以取得一致地構件資訊與瞭解整體空間內容。本研究亦結合所提之方法論及Web技術發展網路矩陣式介面管理系統(Web Matrix-based Interface Management System),提供一個介面資訊分享及追蹤管理的平台。最後,本研究透過案例測試了解本系統在施工介面追蹤與管理上確能有效改善實務不足,且多重矩陣模型可使參與者有效率地掌握整體施工介面狀態不需其他資料輔助,而創新的施工介面網圖更能讓管理者清楚且效率地獲得專案執行過程中參與者間介面狀況。由案例結果呈現本研究之方法論與系統確能有效地改善施工階段介面管理,並能增加專案參與者間互動,達到提升整體專案執行績效的目標。

There are interfaces typically existing among project participants during the contruction phase in construction projects. To manage these interfaces effectively will affect the implementing performance of the project implementation. However, most of project participants don’t share interface information with other participants. Future activities may not be implemented based on the changes by predecessors, and resulting in interface problems. Moreover, meeting minutes-based interface records always are mode after the meeting. Such interface record is difficult to be reused and traced for project management. In order to solve the above problems, this study proposes a Multi-Matrices (MMs) model approach to enhance interface management for the construction interface management. Futhermore, this study also integrated building information modeling (BIM) approach to assist the interface communication for project participants. By using approaches, interface management can be enhanced, tracked and managed efficiently in construction projects. Furthermore, this study develops a Web Matrix-based Interface Management (WMIM) system integrated the proposed MMs model for general contractor. The MMs model and WMIM system were then applied to a pilot test to illustrate how to support construction interface management. The results of pilot test indicate that the MMs model and WMIM system provide an effective construction interface management tool.
