1U伺服器之導風模擬與無因次參數分析

摘要


本研究主要目的是如何將1U伺服器,在新產品開發中,如何減少冗長實驗次數又能維持產品的穩定性。藉著利用“因次分析”的方法進行散熱方式。吾人經此論文之探討之結果共七項分別敘述如下為: 由因次分析應用在1U伺服器上,導出各變數中幾何形狀比值,空氣流體雷諾數及CPU上發熱功率大小對應在CPU上熱阻值;經由曲線圖(幾何形狀比值-熱阻)很明確表示“飽和區”及“未飽和區”何處點為CPU上之熱阻最佳設計值;且利用“幾何形狀比值-熱阻”之曲線圖形之關係,提供1U伺服器產品快速決定最佳熱阻值;更能由曲線圖明確與快速分析,可縮短研發及實驗測試時間;提升散熱的能力及模擬軟體分析的準確性;建立Thermal模擬分析参數及修正參數資料庫;模組化的設計,利於研發及產品多源化; 以上之結果仍需較多不同尺寸散熱之模組,來佐證之驗實數據,更能夠清楚地縮小實測與Flotherm模擬分析之差異,將成為未來研究之工作領域方向。

This research purpose is that how to develop new product of slim 1U Sever and more reduce to the experiment test time which keep the reliability and stability. By the dimensional analysis method, carry on solving heat dissipation way. Via my thesis is seven items of result and discussion which show as follows: Applied to 1U Server by π theorem, come out the geometric form ratio, air fluid Reynolds number and generates power on the CPU what correspond with thermal resistance;Via the curve graph (geometric form ratio- thermal resistance) is clearly show where is optimum design the thermal resistance between “saturated zone” and “unsaturated zone”on CPU power;And utilize the relation of the curve graph and “the geometric form ratio- thermal resistance” which fast determine the best thermal resistance in the 1U server products;Can be clear and fast analyzing and get to result by the curve graph.,will shorten the research and development in the experiment test time;Accuracy is improving dispel the heat and simulation by CAE of analyzing;Set up thermal simulation analysis and revision parameter database in 1U Server;The module group design what do benefit to researching and developing from many product resource; Take more different size module that still come to test real data evidence, can close ture data. We can close to survey the Flotherm difference that simulation analyzes clearly, will become the job domain that studies in the future.
