兼具反射與半穿透銀合金反射層光學性質之研究

A study on optical characteristics of reflection and semi-penetration sliver-alloy reflecting layers

摘要


本研究以自行設計之銀基合金靶材,在銀基材料中分別添加銅鈦鋅等微量元素,以真空電弧熔煉製作銀合金方錠,經滾壓加工及熱處理後加工成型,再進行直流濺鍍沉積銀合金薄膜於矽基板和光學玻璃基板上。對靶材進行金相結構及成份及析出物的分析,及探討不同成分比例下之薄膜顯微結構、成分組織與光學特性。 研究結果顯示,在分析靶材金相結構方面,AC0.5、AC1.5 與ACZ 在熱處理後呈現均勻的晶粒結構,當銅含量由0.5wt% 增加為1.5wt% 後,將有效縮小晶粒尺寸,ACT1 與ACT3 由於鈦金屬不易固溶於合金中,明顯析出銀、銅、鈦三種成份,因鈦在銀中溶解甚低故推測應為析出相。而且ACT3 在加工度明顯不易加工,並且大幅降低濺鍍速率。研究分析使用直流磁控濺鍍沉積銀合金薄膜,銀銅與銀銅鋅的合金薄膜在波長405nm 下反射率可達30%~40% 之優良結果,符合半反射層的使用。添加鋅的ACZ 薄膜在波長550nm~800nm 區間曲線斜率呈現平緩的情形,說明添加鋅的確可影響銀之晶體結構。 銀銅鈦的合金薄膜在波長405nm 下反射率介於20%~30% 之間,顯示添加鈦會降低反射率,但是銀銅鈦合金薄膜在放置1週後的反射下降率明顯比其他合金膜優良。腐蝕實驗後由表面顯微結構分析發現,添加1wt% 與3wt% 之鈦合金薄膜不易被NaCl 溶液溶解。此外極化實驗後發現,添加1wt% 的鈦較具有防蝕效果。另外ACZ 薄膜部份對耐熱性則有明顯的改善,不論是100℃ 或200℃ 之熱處理,平均粗糙度都在0.2nm 左右,顯示添加鋅能有效改善薄膜表面粗糙度。

The purpose of this study focuses to design sliver- based alloy targets. Copper, titanium and zinc were added in the sliver matrix. Sliver ingots were produced by plasma arc melting and shaped by rolling and heat treatment. Direct current (DC) sputtering was used to deposited sliver-alloy thin films on silicon substrates and optical- glass substrates. Microstructures, compositions, performance and optical characteristics with different ratios will be discussed. The structures of sliver-alloy thin films will also be investigated by analyzing components and microstructures. The result reveal that AC0.5、AC1.5 and ACZ are homogenous structures after homogenization. Grain sizes are reduced at the copper ratio from 0.5 % to 1.5 %. Because ACT1 and ACT3 don’t dissolve easily into alloys, titanium can precipitate along the grain boundary. ACT3 is hard to process, so the sputtering speed decreases. Thin films composed of sliver copper and sliver zinc have 30%~40% reflectivity at wavelength of 405 nm; in other words, they are suitable for semi-reflective layers. Sliver-copper-titanium thin films have 20%~30% reflectivity at 405 nm and the reflectivity will be reduced by adding titanium. The ratio of decrease in reflectivity is better than other alloy films. Surface morphology after corrosion experiment can be observed that titanium thin films consist of 1wt% and 3wt% don’t be dissolved by NaCl. Polarization experiment also indicates that the thin films added 1wt% titanium have effect on corrosion.
