機車動態模擬與程式發展

Motorcycle Dynamics Simulation and Development of Programming

摘要


本文採用有寬度的機車輪胎模型,配合座標轉換方式建立機車之幾何關係,並使用Visual Basic 撰寫程式,呈現靜態下龍頭轉向角與車身側傾角對於車身姿態的影響。接著利用牛頓運動定律搭配Magic Formula輪胎力學建立機車全車運動方程式,同樣利用Visual Basic 撰寫人機介面產生所需車體尺寸及重量後,並將運動方程式封裝成機車動態模擬程式的計算核心,呈現機車之動態反應。

This study uses non-zero width of the tire model with transformation matrix to construct motorcycle geometry model. And design a program in Visual Basic to present the motorcycle attitude according to camber angle and steer angle. Then, the motorcycle dynamic equation by using Newton's Laws with Magic Formula tire model is built. By incorporating the design of a Human Machine Interface for user to select the necessary size of geometry and the mass of the motorcycle, this study create a calculating core of motion equation for present the motorcycle dynamic response.
