數位廣播接收機之實作

Implementation of DAB receiver

摘要


歐洲電信標準組織(ETSI)於1995年制定了數位廣播的標準,至今已經被許多國家廣泛的使用,在調變技術上使用了正交分頻多工調變(COFDM),可以更有效率使用頻寬來傳送訊號,通道編碼則使用了剔除式迴旋編碼,可以按照通道條件來更改位元率,並且更正錯誤的解碼,而音訊編碼則是使用MPEG 1/2 Layer II編碼,特色是應用聽覺心理學模型將類比音源經過數位編碼,能夠將聲音訊號做適當的壓縮卻不失原來聲音品質,本篇論文將會把這一些解碼技術以軟體模擬並且應用在接收器上,也實際使用數位廣播接收機接收數位訊號來驗證程式的正確性。

The Digital Audio Broadcasting (DAB)system has been standardized by the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) since 1995, and currently lots of countries use this standard including Taiwan. Despite the numerous papers and these discussing the DAB techniques, however, not too many of them address the issue of implementation. Therefore, we decide to implement the digital down converter, the channel demodulator, and the MPEG 1/2 audio decoder of the DAB system using a PC. In own implementation, we also need to perform the time and frequency synchronizations, whose techniques are also mentioned in the thesis. We have tested own program using“real”data obtained from a DAB receiver. The results show that own program work correctly.
