本論文主要為研製目前最廣泛使用的行動通訊系統之收發模組,包含射頻電路的上傳鍵結與下傳鍵結及基頻訊號處理,並與實際應用於新一代的智能手機。本論文中對GPRS 的通訊系統架構、通訊原理作一介紹。論文中將對所研製的無線收發模組作一系統研製及整體電路架構探討,並提出量測的方法。其中,下傳鍵結包含三頻的低雜訊放大器 ( LNA )、混波器 ( Mixer )、增益控制器 ( Gain Controller )、接收IQ 解調器 ( IQ De-mod )、三頻鎖相迴路 ( PLL loop )做電路量測及比較。上傳鍵結對IQ 調變器 ( IQ modulator )及CX77304 功率放大器模組( Power Amplifier Module )作電路量測及比較。另對基頻訊號處理器作一說明。最後,本論文完成GPRS 模組的實體的實現與探討,及通過功能性測試。隨後,完成系統認證並與智慧型手機結合提供無線通訊服務。
The main subject for this thesis is to study and implement the GSM/GPRS data module of the most public modem mobility communication system. It includes the uplink and downlink circuit design and the baseband single procession, then implement on the real smart-phone product. We study how to implement the data module and research the circuit system architecture and propose the equipment setup and measurement process. In this design, CX74017 transceiver IC is applied to implement GSM/GPRS data module. In the down link path, tri-band RF low noise amplifier, mixer, programmable gain amplifier controller, IQ de-modulator and PLL loop are investigate and studied. In the uplink path design, IQ modulator and VCO in the transceiver IC and the CX77304 for implementation of tri-band power amplifier are proposed with fairly good performance. The practical GSM/GPRS tri-band data module on the smart-phone product in this study is completely implemented and verified.
