本研究對象第一線工作者,第一線工作者隨著市場環境的變遷與資訊科技的進步,以致上下班分界線日趨模糊,在一個雙薪家庭中,同時面臨工作與家庭在時間及資源有限下,那麼就造成某一面的衝突,也有可能產生將工作帶入家庭或者將情緒帶回家,造成家庭上的衝突。本研究驗證第一線工作者其工作特性之技能多樣性、工作完整性、工作重要性、工作自主性及工作回饋與職家衝突之關係,並探討情緒勞務之中介角色。首先經由文獻探討,提出研究假設與架構,並以問卷調查方式蒐集資料,驗證研究假設。共發放450份問卷(電子郵件發放300份問卷、紙本問卷發放150份),回收235份,無效問卷36份,有效問卷199份,並以線性迴歸分析驗證假設。 研究發現:透過迴歸分析發現:1.工作自主性、工作重要性、技能多樣化、工作完整性、工作回饋對職家衝突有正向顯著影響;對職家衝突有正向顯著影響;2.深層情緒勞務對工作特性與職家衝突間關係有中介效果。

A total of 450 questionnaires were distributed (300 questionnaires were distributed by e-mail and 150 copies of paper questionnaires), 235 were collected, 36 were valid questionnaires, 199 were valid questionnaires, and verified by linear regression analysis. The results show that: 1. Work autonomy, job importance, skill diversification, job integrity, job feedback have a significant positive impact on job conflict; there is a significant positive impact on job conflict; Deep emotional service has a mediating effect on the relationship between job characteristics and job conflict.
