本研究旨在探討桃園市國小高年級學生人格特質與學習態度之現況,並分析國小高年級學生人格特質與學習態度間之相關性以及人格特質對學習態度的預測情形。 本研究採問卷調查法,以桃園市國小高年級生為母群體,採分層比例抽樣法,抽取桃園市18所國小,共720位國小生為有效樣本。使用工具包括「國小學生人格特質調查問卷」與「國小學生學習態度調查問卷」兩份,資料處理以描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關以及多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。本研究結果歸納如下: 一、桃園市國小高年級學生之整體人格特質屬中高程度,其中以「友善性」層面感受最高,而以「神經質」層面感受最低。 二、桃園市國小高年級學生之整體學習態度屬中高程度,其中以「教師知覺」層面最高,而「學習動機」層面有待加強。 三、桃園市國小高年級學生不同「年級」變項上,人格特質感受並無差異。 四、桃園市以五年級、女生及高社經地位之國小高年級學生,其學習態度較佳。 五、國小高年級學生人格特質與學習態度二者呈中度正相關。 六、國小高年級學生人格特質各層面中,以「友善性」對整體學習態度最具預測力。 根據上述結果提出建議,以供教育行政主管機關、國小校長、教師及未來研究者之參考。 關鍵詞:人格特質、學習態度
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the students’ traits and learning attitude in elementary schools of Taoyuan City, Taiwan. The questionnaire was used in this research.The stratified proportional sampling was adopted to collect 720 valid samples from 18 elementary schools in Taoyuan City. The two surveys employed here were “Elementary students’ traits surveys” and “Elementary students’ learning attitude surveys”. The data was analyzed : descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and mutiple regression analysis. The main findings are listed as follows: 1. The elementary school students scored over average on traits, with“Agreeableness” the best, and “Neuroticism” coming the lowest. 2. The elementary school students scored over average on learning attitude, with “teachers’ perception"the best, and "learning motivation" coming the lowest. 3. No differences were found in all of the aspects of students’ traits, which were taking into consideration of demographic variations in students’ “grades”. 4. The students who got higher scores on learning attitude are those who are fifth grades girls and with high socioeconomic status. 5. Students’ traits were significantly related to learning attitude. 6. Students’ traits was found to predict a significant amount of the variance in learning attitude. Among those Students’ traits aspects, “agreeableness” effects learning attitude most. Based on the findings above, practical suggestions were provided as a reference for educational administrators, principals, and teachers,and as a guide for future research.
