This study has addressed dynamic characteristics of the circular closed-type worktable mounted on hydrostatic flat bearing, investigating influences of the design parameters of single-chamber and double-chamber of Cylindrical-spool, and compared with the constant-flow pump restrictors. For various supply pressures, various flow rates, various spool stiffness, various flow resist and restriction parameters, the changes of worktable responses under the ex citation of harmonic force and step force, respectively are analyzed.
