隨著環保意識的抬頭與永續發展意識提高,綠色供應鏈管理漸漸受到重視,而其中供應商評選更是重要。筆記型電腦由CPU、硬碟、DRAM、LCD、電池以及Adapter六項關鍵零組件組成,而這些關鍵零組件又可展開至次要組件或更低層級的物料,形成了多階供應鏈。本研究擬從筆記型電腦產品之需求利用品質機能展開方法轉換至關鍵零組件需求,再轉換至工程特性、組件規格乃至物料規格,進而依管理與技術兩項評估準則,其中包含環保準則,建構不同層級之供應商績效評估模式。本研究以LCD與電池兩項關鍵零組件為例進行探討,尋找最佳供應商路徑,同時探究如何將分析之結果回饋於產品設計端。
With the rising awareness on environmental protection and sustainable development, the green supply chain management has been getting more and more attention and in this management, the evaluation of suppliers is even essential. Notebook computer is composed of six key components, namely CPU, HDD, DRAM, LCD, Battery and Adapter and all these key components in turn can break down into their component parts or even into materials. The companies possessing these key components, parts and materials form a multi-level supply chain. This study plans to use the quality functional deployment method to convert the customer needs of notebook computer into the functional needs of key components, then into engineering characteristics, component specifications and material specifications. Based on the above framework, we use both managerial and technical criteria, which include environmental criteria, to develop the performance evaluation model for suppliers at different levels of the supply chain. The study takes LCD and Battery used in notebook computer as an example to explore the model for finding the optimal route of suppliers at different levels of supply chain. In addition, this thesis studies how to use the analysis results to feedback to product design.
