摘要 本研究旨在探討桃園縣公立高中學生幸福感與自我效能的現況,並分析桃園縣公立高中學生幸福感與自我效能間的相關性以及幸福感對自我效能的預測力。 本研究採問卷調查法,以桃園縣公立高中938名學生為研究對象,問卷回收有效樣本938份。使用的工具包括「高中生幸福感問卷」與「高中生自我效能問卷」,首先分別探討桃園縣公立高中學生幸福感與自我效能的現況,其次分別考驗不同背景變項之公立高中學生幸福感與自我效能是否有顯著性差異,最後更進一步探討公立高中學生幸福感與自我效能間的相關性以及幸福感對自我效能的預測力。所得資料採用平均數、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、典型相關、多元迴歸等統計方法進行分析。 其研究結果如下: 一、桃園縣公立高中學生幸福感屬中等程度以上,各層面中以「金錢支配」得分最高,而「健康狀態」得分相對最低。 二、桃園縣公立高中學生自我效能屬中等程度以上,各層面中以「人際關係」得分最高,而「體能表現」與「學業成就」得分相對最低。 三、不同背景變項的桃園縣公立高中學生在「整體幸福感」有顯著的差異。二年級的學生高於一年級的學生,而就讀社會組的同學高於尚未分組的同學。 四、不同背景變項的桃園縣公立高中學生在「整體自我效能」有顯著的差異。男同學優於女同學;有男(女)朋友的學生優於沒有男(女)朋友的學生,而就讀二年級的同學則高於一年級的同學。 五、桃園縣公立高中學生幸福感與自我效能有四組典型因素存在,第一組典型相關係數為.825,第二組典型相關係數為.452。第三組典型相關係數為.235,第四組典型相關係數為.154。 六、桃園縣公立高中學生幸福感對自我效能具有高度預測力。 根據上述所得之結果,提出本研究對教育行政機關、學校、教師、家長與未來研究者之建議。 關鍵字:自我效能、幸福感
Abstract The purpose of this study is to explore the actual condition of well-being perception and self-efficacy, as well as to analyze the relationship between well-being perception and self-efficacy of the public senior high school students in Taoyuan County. The study was conducted by means of questionnaire surveys. The researcher compiled the questionnaires based on relevant literature, the opinions of educational experts and senior high school teachers. “The Questionnaire for Well-Being Perception and Self-Efficacy of the Senior High School Students” was used as a research tool for the study. The participants are the senior high school students in Taoyuan County. Among the 938 questionnaires, all of which are valid. The statistical procedures used in this research are mean, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and Canonical correlation. The research obtained conclusions are as following: 1. The well-being perception of the senior high school students is above the average, among which, “allowance” gets the highest score, and “healthy condition” gets the lowest one. 2. The self-efficacy of the senior high school students is above the average, among which, “relationship” gets the highest score; the scores of “physical condition” as well as “academic achievements” are under the average. 3. The students with different backgrounds have significant difference in well-being perception: the junior are happier than the freshpersons and the students studying in social studies are happier than the freshpersons. 4. The students with different backgrounds have significant difference in self-efficacy: the self-efficacy of boys is superior than girls’; the self-efficacy of the student with a boyfriend or a girlfriend is better than the one without; the junior have better self-efficacy than the freshpersons. 5. There are four canonical factors between the dimensions of well-being perception and self-efficacy. 6. The well-being perception has a significant high effect on self-efficacy. According to the findings above, suggestions are offered to educational administrations, schools, teachers, parents and future researchers. Key words: self-efficacy, well-being perception
