本研究旨在探討桃園縣國中教師工作價值觀與工作滿意度的現況,並分析國中教師工作價值觀與工作滿意度間的關聯性。本研究採問卷調查法,以桃園縣現職的國民中學教師為母群體,共發出530份問卷,有效樣本數為466位教師,問卷有效率為87.92%。以「教師工作價值觀問卷」及「教師工作滿意度問卷」為研究工具。問卷回收後分別以描述統計、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、典型相關以及多元迴歸進行資料分析。歸納本研究結果如下: 一、桃園縣國中教師工作價值觀之現況屬高程度,各層面中以「人際互動」得分最高,而「成就聲望」得分最低。 二、桃園縣國中教師工作滿意度之現況屬中等程度,各層面中以「人際關係」得分最高,而「行政領導」得分最低。 三、已婚、服務年資較深、研究所學歷、任教偏遠地區之桃園縣國中教師其工作價值觀知覺較高。 四、男性、年齡長者、服務年資較深、有兼任行政職、任教偏遠地區之桃園縣國中教師其工作滿意度知覺較高。 五、桃園縣國中教師工作價值觀與工作滿意度具有顯著正相關。 六、桃園縣國中教師工作價值觀對於教師工作滿意度具顯著預測效果。
The purpose of this study was to assess the current level of junior high school teachers’ work values and job satisfaction, and to investigate the relationship between them. This study adopted survey method and mailed the questionnaires to the teachers. The questionnaires were consisted of two subscales: teachers’ work values and teachers’ job satisfaction. The questionnaires were administered to 530 teachers in Taoyuan county and the valid return rate was 87.92%, and therefore 466 junior high school teachers participated in the study. The major findings were listed as follows. 1. The junior high school teachers scored above average on their work values. The “interpersonal relationship” aspect received the highest score, and the “status / prestige” aspect received the lowest score. 2. The junior high school teachers scored average on their job satisfaction. The “interpersonal relationship” aspect received the highest score, and the “executive leadership” aspect received the lowest score. 3. The teachers who were married, or teach longer, or had higher degree, or work in rural area tended to perceive higher degree of work values than other groups of teachers. 4.The teachers who were male, or older, or serving longer, or had part-time administrative job, or work in rural area tended to perceive higher degree of job satisfaction than other groups of teachers. 5. The teachers’ work values had significantly positive correlation with their job satisfaction. 6. The teachers’ work values could significantly predict on their job satisfaction.
