本研究旨在探討高中職校長轉型領導與教師專業發展之關係。首先,要了解高中職教師知覺到的校長轉型領導與教師專業發展之現況;第二,再探討高中職教師所知覺到的校長轉型領導與教師專業發展的差異情形;第三,分析校長轉型領導與教師專業發展之相關,最後探討校長轉型領導整體及各層面對教師專業整體及各層面之預測作用。 本研究以桃園、新竹、苗栗等地區高中職教師為研究對象,以研究者自編之「高中職校長轉型領導問卷」與「高中職教師專業發展問」為研究工具,有效樣本273份。根據受試者之填答結果,再分別以平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析及多元迴歸等統計方法,進行資料處理分析。本研究所獲致之結論如下: 一、高中職教師所知覺到的校長轉型領導與教師專業發展之知覺程度為高度。 二、高中職教師婚姻狀況及學校規模等背景變項,在校長轉型領導問卷上,不論在整體或各層面皆沒有顯著差異;而學校地區及現任職務等背景變項,在校長轉型領導問卷上,不論在整體或各層面皆有顯著差異;而在服務年資、最高學歷、校長性別及校長年資等背景變項,在校長轉型領導問卷上,其整體未達到顯著差異,但在部分層面上皆有達到顯著差異。 三、高中職教師婚姻狀況此背景變項,在教師專業發展問卷上,不論在整體或各層面皆達到顯著差異;而最高學歷、學校規模、學校地區、現任職務及校長性別等背景變項,在教師專業發展問卷上,不論在整體或是各層面皆未達到顯著差異;而在服務年資及校長性別等背景變項,在教師專業發展問卷上,其整體未達到顯著差異,但在部分層面上皆有達到顯著差異。 四、高中職教師知覺到的校長轉型領導與教師專業發展之間的關係有正相關。 五、高中職校長轉型領導對教師專業發展具有預測作用。 最後,根據研究結果提出具體建議,以作為教育行政主管機關、高中職校長、高中職校師及未來相關研究之參考。
The purpose of this study was to (1)investigate the content and current status of principals' transformational leadership and teachers' professional development, (2)explore teachers' perceptive differences on these two areas, (3)analyze the relationship between principals' transformational leadership and teachers' professional development, and (4)explore the predictive power of principals' transformational leadership and teachers' professional development. The major results were summarized as follows: 1.The entire and sub-directions degree of principals' transformational leadership and teachers' professional development are moderately high. 2.The background variables of teachers, such as post, show the significant difference in the senior high school principals' transformational leadership. And , serving years, educational background, principals' gender and principals' seniority, show significant difference in some subparts of principals' transformational leadership. 3.The background variables of teachers, such as marital status, show the significant difference in the senior high school teachers' professional development. And, principals' gender and teachers' serving years, show the significant difference in some subparts of teachers' professional development. 4.There were positive correlations between every subpart of principals' transformational leadership and that of teachers' professional development. 5.Principals' transformational leadership has prediction to teachers' professional development.
