The aim of this research is to uncover that comparing to electronic gas meter , cylinder gas has its own drawback of wasting , however, consumers must have to pay for it innocently. In order to protect the equity of cylinder gas consumers , the government gives an impetus to what that the liquefied petroleum gas (LGP) distributors have to operate with the way setting electronic gas meter on each customer and charging by the gas；what’s more , the government boosts changing consumer custom from advising the liquefied petroleum gas (LGP) distributors of the lack of current gas to order and delivery . The purpose of this research is to find out whether it matters that how much consumers care about the pecuniary loss produced by charging the cylinder , the valuation Equitably of charging by the gas , the safety of electronic gas meter compared to：1.the most amount of meter rental of electronic gas meter that can be accepted 2.the fair monthly rental of electronic gas meter 3.how much the order and delivery mode that can be accepted and so forth , as a reference resource when the government gives an impetus to the policy that installing added electronic gas meter on cylinder gas. In this research through questionnaires we use regression analysis as our methodology and we find out that the users’ care of economic loss of cylinder gas and Cylinder Gas Valuation Equitably are both significant with two things, the first thing is the largest receivable monthly rental of electronic gas meter and the second thing is the fair monthly rental arises from electronic gas form. This result indicates that users of cylinder gas are willing to pay monthly rent arise form electronic gas meter as to protect their rights. Besides, users can accept that after using electronic gas meter, they have to make an appointment. Furthermore, in the future, government should protect consumers’ equity and remind consumers that electronic gas meter can reduce the cost and unfairness resulted from the traditional gas. If government can spread the product of electronic gas meter successfully, then it will raise consumer acceptability of electronic gas meter.
