The research aims to explore the key success factors to leading clinics, research target groups are separated into two, group one are representatives to either one or multiple current leading clinics, and whom are capable of undergoing an in-depth discussion on the research topics and are also to contribute the key success factors which close to today’s need. Group two is based on AHP survey, in orders to determine it’s impacts and priority to each contributing key factors. Base on professional interview outcomes and AHP survey results, the following research topics are concluded. (1) In the face of clinic management, “health insurance reimbursement “and “ integrated patient service “ is far more critical than “technical resources” and “capital funding”. (2) In the face of related supporting industry “medical equipment upgrade” is more influential than “online medical advantage”. (3) In the face of clinic management, “vertical integration” is more influential than “creative product with foreign industry collaboration”. (4) In the face of clinic management “health insurance policy” is more influential than “legal regulation”.
