本研究方式是針對室內噴砂場,環境微量污染氣體所排放之VOCs來進行監測,採樣分析方法是參考國內環檢所公告的「空氣中揮發性有機化合物檢測方法-不銹鋼採樣筒/氣相層析質譜法」。 實驗結果顯示在室內噴砂場所有工作項目中,高暴露危險時段為於噴砂完畢後,載運車輛將船體結構載離或進入工作場所排出廢氣及推土機將鐵砂回收時所排出廢氣,這五小時內,此過程中有害揮發性氣體VOCs的逸散最為嚴重,會迅速導致工作環境中的濃度上有害揮發性氣體VOCs上升。甲苯平均為1757.78 ppbv,二甲苯平均為526.89 ppbv,乙苯平均為291.86ppbv;假日有害揮發性氣體VOCs濃度明顯性低於非假日時段甲苯平均為49.23 ppbv,二甲苯平均為33.826 ppbv,乙苯平均為24.21 ppbv;另外,全新室內噴砂場有害揮發性氣體VOCs濃度明顯性高於舊室內噴砂場,甲苯平均為378.59 ppbv,二甲苯平均為226.26 ppbv,乙苯平均為104.115 ppbv,因此,室內噴砂場工作人員暴露濃度並沒有超過短時間容許濃度。
The aim of study is monitoring the VOCs form the minor pollute in indoor sand blasting room. The method of sampling and analysis referred to EPA NIEA 715.12B The results show that there are peak VOCs exposure time between 3 to 7 PM in the used sand blasting room. The high exposure time is end of blasting and the supper carries moving the hull ship constructure in/out to the blasting room and the forklift recycles the iron sand. The emission of harmful VOCs is serious in above periods in the 5 hours and then concentration of VOCs increase rapidly. It shows toluene average concentration 1757.78 (ppbv), xylene average concentration 526.89 (ppbv), ethylbenzene average concentration concentration 291.86 (ppbv); The concentrations of harmful VOCs are lower clearly in holiday. It shows toluene average concentration 49.23 (ppbv), xylene average concentration 33.83 (ppbv), ethylbenzene average concentration 24.21(ppbv); The concentrations of VOCs in new indoor’s sand blasting room is higher than in old one. It shows toluene average concentration 378.59 (ppbv), xylene average concentration 226.26 (ppbv), ethylbenzene average concentration 104.12(ppbv). So the exposing concentration of working people is not over PEL-TWA and PEL-STEL.
