基于传统方法对13批不同产地艾叶的质量评价

目的：为探究不同产地艾叶其质量好坏，课题组采购了不同地区的艾叶样品进行比对，判断其优劣。方法：课题组从湖北（蕲艾）河北（祁艾）河南（北艾）四川（川艾）收集到13批药材。通过性状、香味、成绒性、出绒率、燃烧后指标等方面，综合评定实验对象。结果：从性状、气味来评定，3年陈艾优于1年新艾及其他陈艾。从成绒性、出绒率来讲，河南产区的艾叶更适宜于做成艾绒。从燃烧后属性来讲，大部分北艾、小部分川艾表现较好的穿透力。结论：作为艾叶中北艾的道地产区河南，洛阳崇县的艾叶品质上乘，是作为药艾及艾灸的上等材料。

Objective: To investigate the quality of Folium ARTEMISIAE ARGYI FOLIUM from different areas, the research group purchased samples from different areas to compare and judge their quality. Methods: The research group collected 13 batches of medicinal materials from Hubei (Qi 'ai), Hebei (Qi 'ai), Henan (Bei 'ai) and Sichuan (Chuan 'ai). The experimental objects were comprehensively evaluated in terms of properties, aroma, lint formation, lint percentage and after-combustion indexes. Results: Judging from its character and smell, ARTEMISIAE ARGYI FOLIUM of 3 years is better than that of 1 year. In terms of lint formation and lint yield, ARTEMISIAE ARGYI FOLIUM from Henan province is more suitable for making moxa. In terms of after-combustion properties, most of Bei 'ai and a small part of Chuan 'ai have better penetrating power. Conclusion:ARTEMISIAE ARGYI FOLIUM from Henan especially from Chongxian county of Luoyang, which is the genuine producing area of ARTEMISIAE ARGYI FOLIUM for Bei 'ai, are of high quality and are the best materials for moxa and moxibustion.
