網路社會公民全人教育內涵之初探

Contents of Citizenship Education in a Computer-Network Society

摘要


電腦及網路科技的研發與應用,促使當代社會產生了多面向的變革。為因應資訊時代的發展趨勢,大學通識教育應納入網路社會公民素養的相關課程。本文秉持學習者中心及社會適應觀的教育理念,倡導網路社會公民的全人教育,以協助新世代青年發展經世致用能力。本文從多元智慧、公民養成、及資訊識讀技能教育的觀點,分別探討網路社會公民全人教育的目標及內涵。

Our education needs to change in the near future as a consequence of the coming of information society. As the Internet spreads throughout the world, and as information society trends-such as media convergence, interactivity, personalization, mobility, and effective global reach-modify and change our everyday lives, there is a corresponding need to consider the new dimensions and contents of general education programs. The present paper explores the contents of citizenship education in the computer-network society. Based on a belief of progressive education, this paper discusses the educational objectives and contents of citizenship education in the computer-network society from the perspectives of multiple intelligence, cultivation of citizenship, and literacy education.
