Backgrounds: In the past, the evaluation method of OSCE was to use paper scoring tables, which required manual calculation of scores and registration of scoring results. This type of evaluation is time-consuming and laborious. Methods: We imported Google Forms and QR code for OSCE scoring from March 22th to July 15, 2018. The methods were as follow: 1. We used Google Forms to integrate all clinic technique assessment. 2. We used personalized QR code to prevent typing errors. 3. We established a grade query table that can display results instantly. Results: We reduced the paper consumption by about 95.2%, reduced the calculation time by 100.0%, and as well as saved 99.6% of manual times for entering data. Conclusions: Using Google Forms and personalized QR Code can really reduce paper consumption, typing errors, calculation results and typing time.
