本研究嘗試找出影響餐飲技職教育校外實習學生滿意度的主要因素,分析各項因素構面對學生滿意度的影響效果,比較不同背景特質學生在學習滿意度上是否存在顯著的差異性,並且根據研究結果提出結論與建議,以供技職教育學校、學生與業界推動校外實習制度之參考。從國立高雄餐旅學院餐飲管理科系學生的實證研究中發現,影響餐飲技職教育校外實習學生滿意度的主要因素,可以歸納爲「學習成果」、「學校輔導」、「實習單位」和「個人因素」四大構面,四個因素構面對學生滿意度均有顯著的正向影響效果。此外,不同「年齡」、「學制」、「實習地區」的學生,在「整體滿意度」的評價上有顯著的差異;不同「年齡」、「實習地區」、「是否是餐飲相關科系畢業」的學生,在「提升專業技能」的評價上有顯著的差異;不同「年齡」、「學制」、「實習地區」的學生,在「增加就業機會」的評價上有顯著的差異。
This study tries to find out the influential factors of the students' satisfaction for internship in food & beverage vocational education. The study analyses the effects of each factor on the students' satisfaction, compares the divergence on students' satisfaction with different backgrounds' students, and addresses conclusion and suggestion to vocational educational schools, students and internship departments as references. From the empirical study of Food & Beverage Management's students at National Kaohsiung Hospitality College, we discovery there are four factors, <||>learning achievement<||>, <||>school factor<||>, <||>business factor<||> and <||>individual factor<||> which influence the students' satisfaction for internship, and they are significantly positive influential effects. Additionally, students who have significant diversities on the evaluation of <||>overall satisfaction<||> are different on <||>ages<||>, <||>academic systems<||> and <||>internship regions<||>; students who have significant discrepancies on the evaluation of <||>professional skills<||> are different on <||>ages<||>, <||>internship regions<||>, and <||>whether graduated from the related Food & Beverage department<||>; students who have significant diversities on the evaluation of <||>employment help<||> are different on <||>ages<||>, <||>academic systems<||> and <||>internship regions<||>.
