Manipulating and Patterning Hydrogel Prepolymer on an Electro-Microfluidic Device

Electrowetting on dielectric (EWOD) is a technique that can be operated to manipulate the droplet on the chip. With this technique, we can use LabVIEW to control the droplet. After being manipulating, the hydrogel will fit the pattern of electrodes. With the dynamic spatial illuminator, we can cure the hydrogel with another pattern, which was designed by computer software. With these two methods, we can manipulate the hydrogels with different contents into specific arrangements using the technique EWOD, and cure it with another patter designed by computer software.
