This paper studies the cycling of sexual victim perpetrator on juvenile in Taiwan, and attempts to explore the phenomenon of male sexual victims have become sexual perpetrators. In addition to the data support the notion of the sexual victim perpetrator cycle of juvenile, we also focuses on its influencing factors through literature review. - This research findings of the present study are as follows: 1. The fact that men also be sexual assault, and we should focuses on its influencing factors. 2. For juvenile sexual offenders, most of them are not mental disorders, but suffered from the pressure of physical, psychological, life, intimate relationships at puberty. Finally, the implication, applications, and suggestions of this study were addressed.
