Educational accountability is regards as a means of improving educational performance and fulfilling educational objection. Not only European and American countries but we are devoted to execute the policy of educational accountability with the trendency of educational marketization in recently years. Edcuational accountability focues on the orientation of goal-attaintment, and requests every educational stakeholder to respond his duty. This article consists of three parts. The first part, it explores the concepts of educational accountability. The secondly part, it explores the steps of the management of educational accountability. Finally, the author poses the implications of educational accountability for school management from three dimensions, including educational administration, school's organizatons and parents' parts.
