本研究旨在探究國民中學主任的工作壓力、情緒勞務與主觀幸福感之間的差異與相關情形。本研究以問卷調查方式蒐集公立國民中學教師兼任主任自陳量表資料627份,並以多變量變異數分析、單因子變異數分析、典型相關分析、多元迴歸分析等方法分析所得資料。研究結果主要發現如下: 一、不同兼任職務、學校規模的國中主任在工作壓力知覺上有顯著差異。 二、不同性別、兼任職務、學校規模的國中主任在情緒勞務感受上有顯 著差異。 三、不同性別、兼任職務、學校規模的國中主任在主觀幸福感程度上有 顯著差異。 四、工作壓力與情緒勞務有顯著正相關。 五、工作壓力層面之「管理負荷」對主觀幸福感有顯著預測效果。 六、情緒勞務層面之「深層情緒偽裝」對主觀幸福感有顯著預測效果。 本研究根據研究結果,提出對教育行政機關、國中行政人員以及未來研究之建議。
This study is to explore the difference and correlation among job stress,emotion labor and subjective well-being of junior high school directors. The questionnaire data included 627 public junior high school teachers serve as director. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistic, MANOVA, one-way ANOVA, canonical correlation, multiple regression analysis. The main findings of this study were as follows: 1.The significant differences were found on job stress of junior high school directors by position and scale of school. 2.The significant differences were found on emotion labor of junior high school directors by the gender, position and scale of school. 3.The significant differences were found on emotion labor of junior high school directors by gender, position and scale of school. 4.Job stress and Emotion labor have positively correlated significantly. 5.”Administrative burden” of job stress aspect has significantly predicative effect on subjective well-being. 6.”Deep emotional acting” of emotion labor aspect has significantly predicative effect on subjective well-being. According to the results of the study, suggestions were made to educational administrations, junior high school teachers and a further study was recommended as well.
