高中職田徑運動員時常面臨各方的壓力,包括學業、競技運動及人際關係等。因此,什麼樣的能力能使得運動員可以因應,成為本研究的動機。目的:本研究探討高中職田徑運動員主動性人格、正念特質與復原力之預測情形。方法:以高中職田徑運動員為研究對象,共173位(男性110位、女性63位),參與者平均年齡為16.53歲,平均參與運動時間為4.97年。經參與者同意後,填寫主動性人格量表、止觀覺察注意量表、復原力量表,並以皮爾遜積差相關與簡單迴歸進行分析。結果:主動性人格與正念特質皆能顯著正向預測,且發現主動性人格(26%)對復原力的預測力高於正念特質(1%)。結論:主動性人格與正念為預測高中職田徑運動員復原力的重要變項,可推論出擁有高主動性人格與正念特質者,將有助於復原力之展現。建議未來高中職田徑運動員培養主動、積極的行為,以及正念訓練,以增進復原力,將有助於提升生活中面臨逆境下產生的創傷、挫折中恢復的能力。
High school athletes are often faced with pressure from all sides such as academics, sports, and social relationship. This study aims to explore what psychological factors enables athletes to better deal with pressure. Purpose: The aim of this study is to examine the prediction of proactive personality and mindfulness on resilience among high school track and field athletes. Methods: A total of 173 high school track and field athletes (110 males and 63 females) were recruited as participants. Their average age was 16.53 years and their average sport participation was 4.97 years. After obtaining informed consent, participants were asked to complete the Proactive Personality Scale, the Mindful Awareness Attention Scale, and the Resilience Scale. Pearson product-moment correlation and simple regression were used to analyze the data. Results: Both proactive personality and mindfulness were significantly positive predictors in predicting high school track and field athletes' resilience. Specifically, the predictive power of proactive personality on resilience (26%) was higher than mindfulness (1%). Conclusion: Proactive personality and mindfulness are both critical variables in predicting the resilience of high school track and field athletes. Hence, an inference may be made that one with high proactive personality demonstrates high resilience. In order to enhance high school track and field athletes' resilience, it is suggested that develop proactive personality through positive behavior and mindfulness training which help improve their abilities of recovering from traumas or setbacks caused by difficulties in life.
