籃球跳投與身體核心肌力之相關探討

Correlations Between Jump Shot in Basketball and Core Muscle Strength

摘要


核心肌力訓練為近年來體能訓練的主要訓練項目之一,對運動員競技表現有重要的影響。籃球運動比賽中以得分為主要目標,防守為手段,最終以分數多寡為勝負依據。在整場比賽時間內,除罰球為雙腳著地外,攻籃時以不同形態投籃方式進行。隨著運動員身體素質與運動能力的增強,競賽中逐漸形成時間與空間的相互對應模式。球員進攻時如何透過穩定的身體能力,拉開與防守者之間的空間,爭取更多穩定跳投機會,為體能訓練重點之一。多數研究指出核心肌力訓練,能提升身體滯留空中時間,應可列入訓練考量。但若是為提升進球得分機會,除了核心肌力訓練之外,尚包含技術與經驗層面及其他體能影響因素。

In recent years, core strength training is one of the main physical fitness training which has an important effect on athletes' competitive performance. In basketball games, scoring is the main goal since winning is based on the scoring points. During the entire game, different types of shooting were used in offense except for free throw which the two feet must be on the ground. With the enhancement of players' physical fitness and athletic ability, physical training should focus on how players use their physical ability to create jump shot opportunities from the opponent. Most studies have shown that core strength training can improve the body's hang time in the air. Hence, core strength training should be included in the training plan. However, to improve the scoring opportunities, despite core strength training, players' skills, experience, and other physical factors should be taken into consideration.
