實證護理是解決臨床照護問題的一種科學方法,推展實證護理臨床應用亦是全球醫療照護的趨勢之一,辦理實證護理教育訓練是各醫院用以提升臨床護理人員執行實證護理照護能力的方式。本研究目的為瞭解某醫學中心實證護理研究訓練班之實證知識臨床運用結果,採內容分析法,以Joanna Briggs Institute實證健康照護模式為架構,剖析2011-2013年北部某醫學中心三期實證護理研究訓練班產出之34個實證護理研究應用主題在各階段之實證知識運用結果及其影響因素。結果發現31個主題可將實證結果進行臨床應用,並有4篇期刊論文、國內外研討會19篇口頭發表及6篇海報發表,並為院方獲得國內實證護理競賽7個獎項及財團法人醫院評鑑暨醫療品質策進會實證醫學類臨床運用組6個獎項,其中1個實證結果更導入該院臨床護理技術及處置規範,並與護理資訊系統結合應用。本研究之發現可提供未來辦理實證護理研究應用訓練課程規劃及護理研究與教育政策制定者之參考。
Evidence-based nursing (EBN) is a scientifi c method promoted worldwide for solving problems related to clinical nursing practice. Educational training courses incorporating EBN have been used to upgrade the capacity of evidence-based nursing care. The purpose of this study was to understand the effects of studied hospital 3 sessions of EBN training program, the nurses' awareness of EBN knowledge and the application in clinical sitting, and to provide specific recommendations based on the results. The content-analysis method was used to explore the data and analyzed barriers and facilitators based on Joanna Briggs Institute evidenced-based model. The results of this study indicated 34 EBN topics were generated after training program; of 31 EBN topics were completed EBN 5A steps, 25 topics were submitted abstracts and accepted in the conference, including 19 oral and 6 poster presentations, and 13 topics have wined the EBN rewards by different government funded institutions. Furthermore, the result of a EBN topic was integrated into the clinical nursing standard in the studied hospital and disseminated into the daily activity of nurses through the nursing informatics systems. Four EBN topics were published in the peer-reviewed journals within two years. The fi ndings of this study could provide recommendations and strategies of future designing the EBN training program for clinical nurses and as a reference for the nursing researchers and educators.
