Fetal electrocardiograms, direct and abdominal with reference heart beats annotations

Posted on 2020-06-17 - 15:30
The collected research material includes pregnancy and labour signals with references heart beats annotations. The abdominal FECG and the reference direct FECG were recorded simultaneously during labour. The reference data for pregnancy signals came from automated detection corrected by clinical experts. The material is characterized by large variety of interferences and clinically significant FHR patterns. We provide the scientific community with an access to bioelectrical fetal heart activity signals enabling the development of new methods for FECG signals analysis. Hence in near future the abdominal electrocardiography could become popular, while ensuring the accuracy similar to invasive FECG.
