Data files associated with the manuscript, "Adaptive Genetic Variation Underlies Biocomplexity of Atlantic Cod in the Gulf of Maine and on Georges Bank."
Included are VCFs for the SNP datasets used for analysis and a supplementary file detailing Fst outlier SNPs. There is also a population map, where the individual IDs used in the VCFs are mapped to their sampling location. For full details on how these datasets were generated, see the manuscript.
