DeepVelo processed hindbrain development and mesenchymal/chondrocyte organogenesis data

This archived folder contains the datasets needed to reproduce the analysis for DeepVelo, for the hindbrain development and mesenchymal/chondrocyte organogenesis datasets.

The processed data is in the h5ad_files subdirectory.

The folder must be unarchived using the following command:

tar -xzvf deepvelo_data.tar.gz
