The video shows the temporal dynamics of top ASVs (Amplicon Sequence Variants) in Ushio (2022) Proceedings of the Royal Society B. The study performed the amplicon sequencing analysis targeting four DNA marker regions (i.e., 16S rRNA [Prok_Taxaxxxxx], 18S rRNA [Euk_Taxaxxxxx], ITS [Fungi_Taxaxxxxx], and COI regions [Inv_Taxaxxxxx]). The top ASVs include the top 50 ASVs from each DNA regions, resulting in 200 ASVs in total. For details, see Ushio (2022)
