A 3D optical coherence tomography scan of the embryonic mouse heart on day 8.5 of development. There is a 25 byte header and the dimensions are 600x600x30000 uint8 grey scale intensity. The 30,000 B-scans are spaced 12 ms apart in time and the scale is 1.21, 1.95, 0.0292 microns/sample for the X, Y, and Z axes, respectively.

This scan is used to demonstrate 4D reconstruction in the paper, Open-source, highly efficient, post-acquisition synchronization for 4D dual-contrast imaging of mouse embryonic heart over development with optical coherence tomography.
