ICOSLG is downregulated at the surface of vaccinia virus-infected cells

Flow cytometry measurements - raw .fcs files.

DOHH2 cells were infected at MOI 50 with VACV in RPMI-1640 with pen/strep. Validation of PM protein expression was performed with 2-2.5x10^5 cells / well, stained with Zombie Violet Fixable Viability Kit (Biolegend) in combination with APC-conjugated ICOSLG Monoclonal Antibody (MIH12) or Mouse IgG1 kappa Isotype Control (P3.6.2.8.1) conjugated with APC (eBioscience – part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, San Diego, CA, USA). Cells were fixed using Fixation/Permeabilization Solution Kit according to the manufacturer’s instructions (BD Biosciences). All samples were analysed by flow cytometry using the Invitrogen Attune NxT and FlowJo software.
