Zebrafish larva flythrough comparison of 3D OCRT and OCT volumes

Left and right panels are 2D cross-sections from the OCT and OCRT volumes, respectively. The sliding box in the bottom 3D OCRT rendering shows approximately where the 2D cross-sections come from. The movie flies though along all three axes, sequentially. Structures in the eye, yolk sac, and brain not present in OCT are clearly visible in OCRT.
