R. speratus caste RNA-seq

Caste-specific RNA-seq analysis of Reticulitermes speratus. Workers, soldiers and reproductives (queens and kings) were analyzed. Two files are included:

Rspe_caste_RNAseq_cpm.txt -- CPM (count-per-million) count matrix for each gene and category. Tab-delimited text.

RNAseq_sample_info.txt -- Sample information of the libraries used. Column names in Rspe_caste_RNAseq_cpm.txt file are explained in this file.

Raw sequence data have been deposited in the DDBJ database under BioProject accessions PRJDB5589.
