The Covid Capsule: Mental Health During Corona. Part 1: Take-off. Victorian Bar
A practical two-part workshop on surviving COVID-19 isolation, understanding the anxieties we are feeling, and emerging stronger on the other side.

This is a time of shared vulnerabilities – concerns about finances, relationships, isolation from colleagues, fear of change or of returning to work in an uncertain health environment affect us all.
