Mutational Survivorship Bias: The case of PNKP

These three Excel files contain all the data used for the article "Mutational Survivorship Bias: The case of PNKP". The first file contains the conservation scores of all the amino acids of the PNKP protein. The second file contains the data for all missense variants reported in PNKP in the gnomAD v2.1.1 dataset. Moreover, it contains the data of the dN/dS values of the phosphatase and kinase domain obtained from the MetaDome server. The last file contains the data for the calculation of disease-propensity scores and hotspots.
