For the present study, adult Japanese quail toxicity studies were conducted following the Avian Acute Oral Toxicity Test. The purpose of this study was to determine and characterize apical outcomes in adult Japanese quail exposed to 8 chemicals commonly detected in Canadian ecosystems.
