REFRASE_SimMethod.zip:
Randomised parameter sets for all simulations. In each subfolder, the file 'ssh_param.mat' contains the solid spherical harmonic coefficients (low to high) and 'susmap.nii.gz' contains the susceptibility distribution used. For the first simulation, maps of all steps are included.
REFRASE_SimResults.zip:
Resulting susceptibility maps of all simulations, including conventional and REFRASE processing.
The PHA_THRES_* subfolders contain results for each processed value of QLC,min.
